New sign code language: more favorable to murals?

This week, on Tuesday, October 23, 2007- Portland City Deputy Attorney Tracy Reeve will be meeting with Mayor Potter and City staff members to discuss some proposed (legal) language to let the City sign code be more favorable to murals.
